Processing Lunar Reconnaissance Data - Line removal

Hi, I'm working with some Lunar Reconnaissance data. In the data itself there are some lines that come from where NASA has stitched the different passes together. Also there are some spike and dips in the data. Is there any way in global mapper to mark those lines and remove them? or rearrange the underlying data to blur the lines out?
