Seach through a folder, Import files with a keywords in name.

How do I write a GM script to only import files with a particular keyword or search through a particular sub-folder?
I have a set of data with different levels of elevation details. I want to load them in their respective Level of details but are stored in lad/long folders.

Example - c:/folder/N9/W50/ELV/LOD1/U1/R2/file-lod1-u1r2.tif

So here, I want to load all the elevation that are in LOD1 folders.
