The snap function needs to be enhanced

There is no snap effect when selecting multiple features to move.
Need to increase the snap function when multiple features move.

    We have an open feature request (GM-6598) to add this functionality. At the moment, it is not scheduled for implementation. I have added your information to the request. Having more users request new functions increased their priority. Thank you.
