Query Parcels by Radius

In full disclosure, I'm a new GM user and generally new to GIS overall.  Apologies in advance if this is rudementary.

So I have a map setup with property parcels (sourced from the local PVA) inserted.  Some of these properties my company owns.  We want to query property owners within 1 mile of our existing properties.  How do I perform this query?  Thanks.
