Is there any way to connect Global Mapper to this AWS dataset?

USGS 3DEP LiDAR Point Cloud

If not, can anyone point me in the right direction for getting data out of a "requester pays" S3 bucket? I haven't the foggiest idea where to start and my Google-Fu is weak, apparently.

    Hello,

    Here is an overview of Amazon's S3 service.
    Here is a general description of Requester Pays buckets.

    You will need to open an account and get access keys, then use those access keys to download data from the requester pays bucket. The access keys will allow your account (the requester) to be charged for the data.
