How do I export my point as a standard format used by surveyors being P,N,E,Z,D?

In case anybody, like me, was uncertain: P = Point number, E = Easting, N = Northing, Z = Level, D = Description.

That would be correct except Z= Elev. Sometimes referred to as P,Y,X,Z,D. Standard surveying CSV point format
