3D grid

in Elevation Data
i have 3d polygons,when i try to creat 3D grid from this vector data ,some polygons are not done,does anybody knows why is that?

    Can you share s ample of your polygon file?
    Could be the resolution of the grid or maybe the slider is set to the left.
