v21.1 moving layer in control center added to group even when selecting not to add to group

When dragging layers and placing adjacent to a group and prompted to add to group, selecting No to a add to the group still adds it to the group.

    Hello,

    I think this is a bug that has been fixed since Global Mapper 21.1 was released. I suggest that you try downloading the latest daily build to see if it fixes the issue. If you are still having a problem, please contact Blue Marble Support directly via email (geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com), and provide a detailed description of your workflow, with data and a workspace that can be used to reproduce the problem.
