nested groups and expand/collapse all groups command

For organizing the Control Center, it would be helpful to be able to nest groups (to have sub-groups within parent groups).

For speeding up checking the contents of multiple groups it would help to have a command to expand all selected groups, and a command to collapse all selected groups.
