how to add custom online sources

Good afternoon everyone, can someone help me how to add custom online sources in gm? I can´t add any source...

These are the ones I want to add but I don't get it:
Bergfex:  http://maps.bergfex.at/osm/standard/{z}/{x}/{y}.jpg
ESRI ArcGis: https://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer/tile/{z}/{y}/{x}
opnvkarte: http://tileserver.memomaps.de/tilegen/{z}/{x}/{y}.png

Couldn't get the first one to work sorry.

ESRI ArcGis:

1. Connect to Online Data Source
2. Add New Source
3. Esri RESTful/Google Map Tiles
4. Paste the URL https://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer/tile/
5. OK
6. Enter a name e.g. Esri World Street Map
7. OK

opnvkarte - not sure how to stop the strange tiling on this one. Maybe someone else could clarify why the strips are jumbled up?

4. Paste the URL http://tileserver.memomaps.de/tilegen/

6. Enter a name e.g. opnvkarte Memomaps

Thank you very much work perfect. If it is true that the steles in opnvkarte are messy. Could it be that two types of base map are being loaded?
