Rotation error using Coordinate transformation function
in Raster Data
Hi, I am importing jpg images using ground control (2 points). I also need to rotate the image however when I use the tool "SHIFT - shift selected layer(s) a fixed distance or transform coordinates" > "Specify coordinate Transformation" > "Coordinate Transformation setup" and insert the rotation angle i.e. 15.867222 and using the coordinates of the image centrepoint as the "rotation origin", the image does not rotate, it seems to scale and shift slightly. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Please advise a revised workflow.
I am using version 18.2
