Licence registration issue

Daer colleagues, 
I'm having an issue while trying to register Global Mapper 20.1.
An error window keeps showing up and I have no idea why? I added Global Mapper to Windows Firewall, so that it's now allowed to connect.
Am I doing something wrong?
