add slope in v21?

Hi, I'm trying to find out how to use the new function in v21 to add a specified slope to vector features?

1. Select the feature with the Digitizer Tool
2. Move/Reshape Feature(s) > Adjust Elevations to a Single Slope
3. Yes
4. Enter slope value
5. OK
