how to Calculate Position of tile in geographic coordinates

Hi there
i have a question about converting Orthographic (WGS84) coordinates system to geographic system.
i have some raw tiles exported from globalmapper with *.Prj and .*hdr files. what i want to know is how to calculate position of each tile in geographic projection if i have this informations :

ULXMAP       ULYMAP          and   longitude_of_center && latitude_of_center
