Finding Peaks

Hi all,
I'm working with 1m DSM data and I'm trying to find peaks in forested areas, which will hopefully identify the tops of trees.
I have looked at some old threads (https://www.globalmapperforum.com/discussion/6074/ridgetop-peak-contour) mentioning a feature was on the to do list but I'm not sure if it was implemented?
Is this currently possible with other methods such as looking at slope values?
Any help/guidance would be much appreciated!
Regards
V
