How do I use coordinate system created in Pix4D?

My site uses a local coordinate system. I use GM to classify ground points collected via UAV. I generate pointclouds in Pix4D, and Pix4D generates an arbitrary coordinate system in csv and txt formats. I would like to import LiDAR data from the surrounding area, can I use the arbitrary coordinate system values to project the LiDAR data to my site's system?
