How to cut small section of large parcel map?

I want to keep the attributes of just the section I want to work with and not have the remaining data just reloading whenever I make a change.

file export/vector lidar format. choose the format you want to export and then click the export bound box then draw a box to select only the area with the attributes you want then you can open it
