3D Viewer not working after driver update
Hello,
I recently installed GM20.1 and have been running the Pixels to Points tool testing it's capabilities. I am running through editing the classification of points in the point cloud, but my 3D view won't pull up anymore. This makes it difficult to find changes that need to be made. When I click the button, I don't get anything as if I haven't even clicked. I'm running a Dell Precision 5520 (Windows 10), purchased about a year ago. I
updated drivers yesterday, which seems to roughly correlate to the time
3D view stopped working. I have both Intel HD Graphics 630 and NVIDIA Quadro M1200 cards showing up under Device Manager>Display adapters. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
David

Hi David,
This is likely some kind of conflict among the embedded Intel GPU and the NVidia GPU and software drivers/utilities. Best bet is to contact Blue Marble Support at geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com and give them the details of your hardware and software setup. Hopefully they can sort things out for you.
Best regads,
~Jeff
