3D view not working/laggy in GM ver. 20

Hi Guys,

I am trying to view an orthomosaic image with elevation data in 3D view however all I get is flashes of black and white whenever I move my mouse. An similar question has been previously asked and the suggestion was to update the graphics card however mine is fully updated. I am running a nvidia gtx970M. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks.
