Simulate Water Level Rise to specific area/layer

Hi,

I am studying the usage of Global Mapper SDK, specifically, water level / flood simulation.
What is the equivalent Global Mapper SDK API command for the "Simulate Water Level Rise/ Flooding" feature for a specific "layer" area (not the whole map)?
This feature is the same when "Crop to Selected Area Feature" is enabled.

I cannot find relevant functions in the SDK knowledgebase
