how do I reproject raster images

Hello, I have tried creating an MBtiles file of some 2480 raster images. Although it took the better part of a day to complete I was successful. However there is a shift in the image now. I think it is due to the fact that my images are georeferenced in local Datum Luref (EPSG 2169) and not in WGS84.

So I wonder how I can reproject a raster image that has a tabfile like this one:

table
!version 300
!charset WindowsLatin1
