Draw a geo satellite arc shape

Hello,
I would like to draw a shape that represents the look angle to the geostationary satellite arc for a given pair of point coordinates.
The data I have is a Excel table of azimuth and elevation angles to the different geo orbital longitudes.
Is there a way to compose a text file, or other, to create a shape/surface that represents this data?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
