Create Elevation grid using loaded grid layers

Hi,
The question is very simple, but I can't find how to resolve it.
I want to get heights of my buildings with "GRID - Create Elevation Grid". I have vector layer of buildings with heights relative to sea.  Download map DEM. How to get layer with clean heights of buildings(the building height above the ground, but not above the sea level)?

Create a grid of your building heights. Then use the "Combine/Compare Terrain Layers" to subtract the ground DEM from the building elevation DEM which will leave you with with height above ground.
