Issue with Selecting Roads
I've been experiencing this issue that causes roads to protrude from the area that I have selected with the Digitizer Tool, and I selected "Crop to Selected Area Features" in the Export Bound when I attempted to export it, yet the area still includes the components of the roads that protrude from the area that I've selected. My intention is for these roads to be stopped exactly where I have set the selection parameter. Something else that I've noticed is that when I select an area in-between roads with the Digitizer tool, an area is displayed, and many of the roads in this particular area are in my .shp file. Also, I imported gis.osm files for this project that I'm working on. I'm attempting to develop a map for Arma 3, and this issue is inhibiting my progress.

Try drawing a polygon around your area of interest, select it with the digitizer selection tool, then right click on the new area and select "Crop loaded features to selected Areas" and make sure you select a new feature layer. Then turn off all layers except the new one, and export that.
