I think that is a known issue that has been resolved. The fix should be in the latest daily build. If you install the daily build and find that the problem persists, please contact Blue Marble Support directly via email (geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com), and include a detailed description of your workflow along with sample data that can be used to reproduce the problem.  Thanks.
