Help me how to change scale?

I try creat a marine chart bsb/kap, but the scale is 1:13000, i don't know how to change scale to 1:100000 or 1:500000. Can you help me? Thank so much

Hello,

1. Load your BSB/KAP
2. Choose the File | Export | Export Raster/Image Format... menu
3. Select "BSB Marine Chart" from the format list
4. On the BSB Export Options screen, type the scale you want into the "Chart Scale" field.
5. Fill out the rest of the information
6. Click OK
