Is it possible to insert a PAUSE in the script to permit user input?

A scripted operation on a folder of source images, for example, will involve a different image folder with each running of the script. Is there something like a PAUSE command wherein the script would stop - or actually begin by asking the user to specify a particular image folder?

    Hello,

    You can use the DEFINE_VAR command to prompt the user for a file or directory, and then store the result in the variable. You will need to use the PROMPT parameter.

    Cheers,

    Hello,

    More like:
    DEFINE_VAR NAME="SPECIFIED_DIR" PROMPT="DIR" PROMPT_TEXT="Select a Directory"
    You can also use the VALUE parameter to set the default directory, such as:
    DEFINE_VAR NAME="SPECIFIED_DIR" PROMPT="DIR" PROMPT_TEXT="Select a Directory" \
       VALUE="c:\my_default_directory\"
    Cheers,
    Bob
