Rectify - Problem Re-using GCP Points

I rectified a *.tif "Elevation" layer by manually clicking the points and adding them as GCP points. I saved them as a *.GCP file. Then I wanted to re-use the same GCP points to rectify a number of other layers. However I run into an issue- when rectifying the *.tif, it is Pixel X & Pixel Y rectified to Northing & Easting coordinates. But for rectifying vector layers, it is Coordinate X & Y instead of Pixel X & Y, so it appears I can't re-use the same GCP to exactly re-create the rectification that I did for the *.tif. Is there any way to replicate the rectification that I completed on the tif on other vector layers?
