Why does some LAZ data display with striations in 3D View?
Hello,
I have some LAZ files that render oddly in 3D View in Global Mapper. See image below. In other software like CloudCompare they seem to render fine without this effect. Is there some point cloud data format that works better in Global Mapper than LAZ?

What this point cloud data looks like in normal 2D view:

I am not absolutely sure but it looks like it might be a processing feature, i.e. its not raw data but has been manipulated to clean it up.Cheers
