Editing DEM for watershed analysis
Is there a way to burn in a DEM for watershed analysis?
This Question was asked in 2013, (see link below), and it was on the todo list.

When delineating a watershed sometimes features such as bridges and culverts create a barrier and force the watershed delineation in the wrong direction. Is there a way to burn in a DEM using a line feature, where I would essentially draw the path in which water should flow and then that line gets burned into the DEM changing it values to lower ones to allow for flow before doing a watershed analysis.
Thank you,
