Catalog geographical drill down

When opening a large folder of maps into a catalog it is difficult to identify and manage specific maps by geographical area.

It would be very helpful if in Control centre, Modify Map Catalog if the Map List had a modifier to list only those maps currently visible on the screen, and possibly by some other geographical selection criteria such as bounds or polygon.
