Slope Aspect vector grid

How can I generate from a DEM file in GM, a square vector grid (say 30 m square) with elevation, slope and aspect data for each cell in the grid. I would like to export it to MapInfo and expand the GIS table for multi-attribute analysis. I have been using (now unsupported) software developed for MapInfo for many years to do this but I am now having trouble when using XYZ data generated from GM. I am new to GM and don't know if this is possible  Many thanks Greg Mules

    I have just been watching the excellent video tutorials and believe I have the answer to my question in the GRID function. I will work on that and let you know if I need help
