Need I purchase a license first to getting support ?

Hi, I am developer.
I am trying use Global Mapper (demo version) to make sure GM can solve our problem ( we are using ArcGis and get problem with performance)
But i got some problems with both SDK and scripting
I posted some questions and I really need them for our project, but no answer, although I posted last week.
So need I purchase a license first ? please tell me know

    Hello,

    Blue Marble Geographics will provide support before you buy a license.  I suggest that you send them your question directly via e-mail (geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com).  If you are trying to resolve a problem, be sure to include a detailed description of your work flow, and the data that you used.  This will ensure a faster response.
