Adding control points with the pixels to points tool

I would like to suggest a way of sorting the list of input images by the closest proximity of a selected control point when adding control points.  So if a point is selected in the ground control list then there would be a way to sort the photos in order of the closest match to the location of the control point, that way it would be easier to identify all possible images that a particular control point is in.
