2 .las merge - without doubled points

Hi all,

I have two las files.

The first is the "original" with gaps. (1)
The second is one with a smoothed area and filled gaps. (1)

I want to merge these two las files, but without the duplicate points. To be replaced in the original (1) the changed points from the one with the filled gaps (2).

How can I do this in Global Mapper v19?
