Flatten to Terrain Inside Area

we have been using the function that is '' calculate flattened site plan grid from selected site plan ''.
That function is under the advanced feature creation functions. We calculated the cut and fill volume of the selected areas by selecting the flatten to terrain inside areas rather than outside. there is no problem
for the cut and fill area, problem is that path profile display. Selected areas boundaries is shown at the profile like following screenshot.
We want to see the profile like Screenshot-3.
