Decompressing laz files
I understand that laz is the compressed form of las. Global Mapper is quite fast working with las, but when I try to import multiple laz files it takes a long time, I'm guessing because it has to decompress as well as tile. Just wondering, would it be quicker to decompress the laz files in another program and then import them into Global Mapper?
