How do I create custom slope classes?
Hi,
can someone provide me with quick instructions on how to create multiple custom slope classes?
I see in the shader options that I can only set up the max/min and color of a single slope class. What I'd like to do is set up mulitple ones (i.e., 0-5, 5-15, 15-25...). Also, is it possible to display the slope in percent insetead of degrees?
Thanks. Your help is much appreciated.

Hello,
You can create a custom shader to create multiple slope classes. Be sure to select the option to "Shade Slope Values (Degrees) Rather than Elevations" at the bottom of the Custom Shader window.
To display slope percentages, use the Configuration screen. Under Display Options | Elevation Legend, at the bottom, put a check next to "Show slope as percent grade instead of degrees".
Cheers,
Bob
