Hi I have read about your application, downloaded trial version of your software, tested it
with some feature, and it looks pretty good, and seen that it doesn't support Arabic Fonts;why??
at the same time can anyone provide through this forum sample code and application for ExternalControl API ready for use as test sample???

Thanks inadvance

o'I forgot to say that this forum should have video tutorials showing sdk
samples development and how to use APIs as Global_Flyer did;it would be great.

You should be able to use Arabic fonts in Global Mapper. Just choose the Arabic font that you want to use for a particular feature type on the * Styles tab of the Configuration dialogs and make sure that your system is set up for Arabic display and then any multi-byte Arabic text strings should display. Note that Unicode text display is not currently supported in most cases.

While there is not any sample code for using the ExternalControlAPI, if you have a C++ project you should just be able to add the source code from the API directly to your application then call one of the functions defined in that source to perform your desired operation.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Mike
