Attempt to select/edit strike and dip symbol yields error

I am using Global Mapper v18.2.0 (b052417) [64-bit] - REGISTERED. When I attempt to edit a strike and dip symbol as a point (not as a strike and dip value) I get an "Unhandled exception processing command message 32882 with code -1, in Map (2D / Top-Down) view". The error also occurred in the daily build of 6/17/2017. The full error window is attached.
