Create KMZ with URL-based Thumbnail and Metadata?

I want to use geotagged JPEG images to export a KMZ file which displays the thumbnail image via URL (instead of embedded thumbs), plus the following metadata (below). Is there any way to do this via Global Mapper? If not, does anyone know of a PC app that can do this?  Even better if it generates the thumbnail images (which will then be uploaded to cloud or server). I use Houdah, which works great, but it is Mac based.

Altitude

Heading

Timestamp
