Create Opacity Channel

Hi,

I have licensed version of Global mapper 17. One of our customer wants to add the opacity channel in the ecw file and final output is 4-band dataset. Is there any option to add opacity channel in the existing ecw file. If yes, can you please advise the produce for creating opacity channel in ecw file.
