Exporting KML/KMZ file with Icons scale - Fixed High in Ground Units

Hi,
I want to use point image with my custom icon, with scaling the symbol to some Fixed High in Ground Units.
As far I have the right result in GM window, but after export kml/kmz files it jump to previous scale (checked it on Google Earth) always the same size of image despite the zoom (probably scale factor 1).
What I need to do to export all data with icons, which will change size together with zooming.
