GM18 looses shortcut keys

Hello.

I have set up a range of shortcuts with F2-F10 keys.
But, GM18 forgets them during any type of use.
To "activate" them i need to pull down the list in the shortcut pane and just close that window to get them to work again.
Very enoying.

    yup it happens to me as well. Can we have the solution posted to the forum please? I do not see the point in raising the same issue with the GM support team as well.

    As of now, nobody has reported this issue to the Support team.  Please include a detailed workflow that causes the problem for you in an e-mail to geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com.  Thanks.

    I have sent it to support. They said to download the latest build. No change.
    I will send it again and rais it further.
