Connection Las Tools with Global Mapper

Can you be more specific about what you are trying to do?

If you are using Global Mapper scripting, you should be able to run a LasTools command-line tool using the RUN_COMMAND command.

Global Mapper has a scripting language that allows users to perform many of the functions available in the program, including LiDAR classification and extraction.  RUN_COMMAND is one of the available commands.  It allows you to run any program (including LasTools) that can be used from the Windows command line.  While Global Mapper can perform quite a few LiDAR functions, it has no built-in connection to LasTools.

If desired lidar functionality cannot be performed within gm scripting, is downloading and using LAStools the only next option that i have?
