Exporting Raster file after merging tiff files Error

Hi
I am trying to create a Cropped Tiff image from a number of merged tiff files but keep geting error message (as attached)
any Ideas to help me solve this
The merged Tiff file is 13.4GB

    Hello,

    This is a known problem that has been fixed in the latest release of Global Mapper. 

    If you find that the problem persists in the latest release, then your best bet is to send an e-mail describing your workflow and the results (error message, etc.), with some sample data that will reproduce the problem, to Blue Marble Geographics support (geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com). This will ensure that the support team sees the problem and can provide a timely response. Thank you.
