Restore default value of fill depth

Dear All, 

My GM do not appears the default value of fill depth of a new imported DEM file (e.g. elevated tiff), rather, it shows the last value I used to generate watershed of other old rasters, even it shows the same name of last generated layer in description field!!

I tried to uninstall the software entirely by an uninstaller software, and reinstall it again, I still got the last name and values that i had used before.
 
Does anybody has a solution for that?

This is important to know the start filling value to delineate a somehow flatten watersheds based on "its own" elevation data.
