Global Mapper v25.0

Unable to check out license -> Global mapper not working

Hello,

I would need your help in order to ba able to go on using Global Mapper.

I purchased a license a few years ago. Since last week, I cannot open it anymore, due to a message saying "unable to chack out license" (see attached file).
I did not change the computer, the operating system, the installation, or anything regarding Global Mapper, so I do not see why this is happening.
Global Mapper seems to think I am using a different computer, but I am not.

I would really need and appreciate your help to resolve this matter !
