Generate Contours script command seems broken in final GM 17.2 build

i have scripts that i wrote using GM 17.2 (b070216) that now fail on the GM 17.2 (b081616). I re-installed the older version and they work perfectly.
i cannot provide any data samples or the full script.

The problem seems to be with the use of the polygon crop file to tell the command where to generate the contours. I have checked the crop file and all is good. As i said, when i run the same script over the same or new sets of similar data with the previous GM build, everything works. I even loaded the crop file by hand and was able to generate the contours through the GUI on the same data set.(in the 081616 build)

my command:
//Generate_contours
GENERATE_CONTOURS INTERVAL=0.0833 ELEV_UNITS=FEET POLYGON_CROP_FILE="MyPath\Polygon_Crop_File_Green_areas.DWG" \
POLYGON_CROP_FILE_PROJ="SPCS_ZONE1201_WGS84" POLYGON_CROP_USE_ALL=YES

    Hello Mark,

    I recommend getting the latest release of Global Mapper 17 to see if the problem has already been fixed (the version on our web site is more recent than August 16th).  

    If the problem persists in that version, I recommend that you send an e-mail describing your workflow and the results, with sample data that will reproduce the problem, to Blue Marble Geographics support (geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com).  This will ensure that the support team sees the problem and can provide you with a timely response.  Thank you.
