Error for copying area atributes - vs17.1 - 64 bit

I have a error while trying to copy the atributes from one area shapefile to another, in a small script.
The script works for smaller shapefiles.

First, I suggest that you download the latest version of Global Mapper 17.

If the problem persists in the latest version, please send a copy of your script, a copy of your data (if possible), and the results to Blue Marble Geographics Support (  This will ensure that the support team will be notified of the problem and can work on a solution.
